Taiwnese Crispy Chicken

Today, I made some Taiwanese Crispy Chicken for my cell group.
I remember more than 2 years ago, I accidentally burnt my face and nose while I was making this dish.
That was a scary memory. Look at the photo of me from 2 years ago. I thought that the scar would be there forever. Praise God for His healing. So....the moral of this story is...BE CAREFUL when cooking with a deep fryer.
