歌手-何方的信仰見証
何方的故事，說來扣人心弦，父親過世6年，當年生意失敗，身體健康也大幅破損的父親，為她帶來生命裡最嚴重的衝擊，再加上自己感情因素，讓何方累積的壓力，終於崩潰，憂鬱、尋短的衝動，逼得她走投無路。
6年前陷低潮險跳樓
看著眼前開朗、上進，主持廣播節目、到處演講、還在台大念EMBA的何方，很難與6年前跌進生命空前低潮的何方，拿來相提並論。說到當年沈痛處，何方還是會神色黯然，一臉愁容。她說，那也要怪自己天生敏感，再加上家庭動盪，自己累積的情緒沒有整理、出清，那時，自己其實並不真的想死，卻似乎有一股力量拉著她，往那小小的窗口跳，其間的拉扯與掙扎，豈只驚心動魄可以形容。

Smoked salmon 燻鮭(玫瑰）魚 和薰衣草燻鮭魚
Today David and I made our first bach of smoked salmon. First David filleted the salmon. Then I cut it up in many pieces. Then we marinted it with brown sugar and pickling salt. We then let it sit in the freezer for 6 hours. After this we rinsed off the exra sugar & salt. Then, we let it sit in room temperature for 2 hours. Nest we smoked the salmon with 2 diferent flavours (Smoked salmon with a hint of dried roses and Smoked salmon with Crushed Black Pepper and Lavender). Yum Yum!
Hemlock Valley Resort

Today David and I went to Hemlock Valley Resort ~(a ski and snowboarding mountain), which is one hour away from our house. There was so much snow on the mountain! I pray that I can have a white Christmas this year.
Then on our way home we stoped at a little creek beside the road and I saw so many salmon fish! They are so big, maybe as long as 5ft. There was also allot of dead ones on the side too. Salmon swim to the ocean when they are young and then remember how to come back to this exact creek four years later to lay eggs, mate and then die.
