Busy and tired

Today, I left at 9 am to help David, We come home at 11pm. Show houses, see client, pick up stuffs and write an offer.
We finally got the house key for our new house today. But we don't have time to move or clean my new house.

Everyone is gone

Julia and her kids was here since the Sunday afternoon. So We had 11 people + 1 cat in the house. That was little bit crazy for me and David. We are not use to have kids running, scream and chase after my cat. Now, Supin and her kids are flying back to their home. Julia and her kids are driving back to their home. Now the house is quiet again.
Today, We also went to our lawyer and bank. We need more money to pay for the lawyer, insurance, property transfer Tax, and property tax. So we empty our bank accounts, we have no more money left. Ha ha ha, I didn't know we need to pay so much money for the property transfer and property tax. Anyway, now, we really own the house.
